DAY 01: PARACAS IN | EXCURSION TO THE BALLESTAS ISLANDS | FLIGHT OVER THE NAZCA LINES FROM PISCO
Reception at the terminal.
Transfer to the Port to begin the tour to the Ballestas Islands in modern gliders, where you can see El Candelabro, which is a large geoglyph that serves as a beacon for sailors, and is related to the Nazca lines and geoglyphs. You will also visit the Ballestas Islands, which are composed of rock formations where there is an important marine fauna with guano birds such as the Guanay, Piquero and Zarcillo mainly. You can also see Humboldt penguins, birds in danger of extinction. Likewise, on these islands you can observe varieties of sea lions and other mammals, serving as natural refuges. Upon return, we will transfer to the Pisco airfield. In the waiting room, you will be able to watch a video explaining each of the figures in that place until the time of departure of your plane. At the indicated time, you will fly over the Nazca Lines for 90 minutes, where you will see the famous figures such as the Whale, Triangles, Trapezoids, Astronaut, Monkey, Dog, Condor, Spider, Hummingbird, etc.
At the end, we will go to the station to board the bus to Ica. Reception at the station and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in Ica.
DAY 02: ICA CITY TOUR – HUACACHINA
Breakfast at the hotel.
14:00 hrs As a first stop, we will visit the artisanal winery, where we will learn about the production of wine and Pisco, and you will also have the opportunity to taste the various piscos and wines from the winery. We continue with the visit to the Casa de las Tejas Rosalía, where we will live a unique experience of making our own tile, as well as being able to buy tiles and chocotejas. We will continue towards the Plaza de Armas of the city, where we will observe the main streets of Ica. Finally, we will visit the majestic Huacachina lagoon, known as “The Oasis of America”, from this point we will be able to appreciate the impressive desert landscape of the dunes. (Buggies and sandboarding not included). At the end, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation in Ica.
DAY 03: ICA OUT
Breakfast at the hotel.
Free time for personal activities. At the appropriate time, transfer to the station to board your bus back to Lima.
